The only thing one can guarantee in the UK about the weather …. is it’s unpredictability! During the day we had heavy rain showers, blustery high winds and bursts of beautiful sunshine! The number of attendees (mostly sporting wet-weather clothing!) was understandably down and yet, the day returned the best ever financial rewards for the parish funds!
